We are the "Cinderella Men"
We admire the grass root parochial football, free from shining stars and big money. We are motivated by the power of fascinating views and culture of the world, in any place where football is played. Join the "Cinderella Men Project" for unique journeys to places where only true fans dream to be.
And so, the heart breaks...
I have known a dear friend of mine for over a decade. It all started back when I was still a salaried employee, looking to pick up some freelance work on the side. My very first conversation with him was simply to ask what an ״invoice״ and a ״quotation״ were. Luckily, I didn’t understand a word, which meant I kept ringing him back until our chats became more frequent and meaningful, and we grew into proper friends. He was introduced to our grassroots football project and was instantly drawn to it, but it was actually his wife who made the decisive move, surprising him with a tour for his 40th birthday.
A few years later, he convinced me to organise a fathers-and-sons tour in London, bringing along his own son as a Bar Mitzvah present. The trip was magical, a resounding success, and truly unforgettable. Those young lads and their fathers instantly became an integral part of our touring family.
Just recently, we received the most devastating news imaginable: his son had fallen in combat in Gaza while defending our own country. When his photo was first released, I recognised him instantly. Even after all the time that had passed, I could clearly see how that Bar Mitzvah boy had grown into a strong, handsome, and remarkable young man. He was a hero, far beyond what his father had shared with his characteristic modesty. His special forces unit took part in countless operations during the ground offensive, fighting with immense bravery in battles we will undoubtedly hear more about in the years to come.
I have decided that from this moment on, our football tours will be named in honour of this boy, this warrior. He will remain with us always in our hearts, and his memory will be carried on the flag we take with us on every journey from now on.

Life after 7 October 2023
Life as we know it in Israel changed forever on the morning of Saturday, 7 October. As the leader of a project founded upon sporting and humanitarian values, I could not stay silent and decided to take action—largely driven by the lack of solidarity from the grassroots clubs in England.
It is with deep regret, knowing full well that this may only matter to me, that I am bringing the Cinderella Project to an end in its current UK format. I will, however, look into the feasibility of continuing the project by visiting lower leagues in other countries.

So what exactly is it?
Experiential boutique tours to England's lower league football clubs, where we discover authentic, grassroots football far removed from the big money and massive stars. We pair all this with traditional English pubs and trips to fascinating historic sites.

And who is this for?
For those who love football, who are captivated by it, and who view it as so much more than just a match. The kind of people who connect with the legendary words of Bill Shankly: 'Some people believe football is a matter of life and death... I can assure you it is much, much more important than that.

And the cost... reasonable?
We believe in a 'low-key setup, massive experience' approach—minimal expenses, maximum fun. Thanks to low-cost flights and no-frills accommodation, we’re able to offer these tours at very fair and affordable prices.

What makes this so unique?
While the crowds are heading off to the mega-clubs—your Reals, Barcelonas, Uniteds, Chelseas, and Arsenals—we’re offering you something completely different. We take you to humble clubs in unconventional spots, where every visitor is welcomed like a king and every trip is a one-of-a-kind experience...

Maximum flexibility and adaptability
We aren't a typical commercial company; we do this out of pure passion. Because of that, we can be incredibly flexible with when you travel and how long you stay. We can easily tailor a journey for you to any part of England, at any time of the year.

The perfect bonding experience for mates and colleagues
Whether it’s a coming-of-age adventure, a proper stag do with a twist, a father-and-son weekend, corporate away days, or just for those wanting a taste of something genuinely different.
